Getting Here

Yale’s campus is situated conveniently in the heart of downtown New Haven, easily accesible by car, train, or plane.

Interstate 95 

From the north: Connect to I-91 North in New Haven; take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street). 
From the south: Connect to I-91 North in New Haven (left exit); take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street).

Interstate 91

From the north or south: Take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street).

Plane

Tweed New Haven Airport is 10 minutes from the Yale campus by car or taxi. Bradley International Airport is aprroximately 60 minutes from the Yale Campus, and shuttle services are available through Connecticut Limo. There are frequent car services from other major airports in Boston and New York City as well.

Train

Amtrak provides service to New Haven’s Union Station. Take a ride share, taxi, or Yale Shuttle to Yale’s campus. The taxi stand and shuttle stop are both located in front of the station.

Uber and Lyft

Uber and Lyft services are readily available throughout New Haven.

Parking

Parking is limited in New Haven. It is recommended that you secure parking through your hotel (additional charges will apply). Alternative commercial lots are available throughout the city as well. Park New Haven is a good resource to help find alternative parking.
